The process is outlined on this Facilities webpage. Staff, faculty and external reservations will go through the Events & Hospitality Management department.

The Forum Room
The Innovation Lab's key conference hall is the Forum room, a spacious and modern space equipped with modern audio-visual tech and customizable chair-table setup. This is the biggest space in the building and can be utilized for a variety of events ranging from conference speaker sessions to cultural celebrations. Catering services are available upon request.
The Atrium
